claim a front row start and win the WIRA race. However, it was not an
easy feat for the AAP Mazoil Armstrong Motorsport rider who finished the

Despite feeling a bit under the weather, he clocked in an impressive
41.995s to dominate the timesheets while PETRONAS Syntium Moto Yamaha
AHM partner, Mohd Iskandar Raduan came second with 42.108s, 0.113s off
Shahril's best laptime. Third fastest was Mohd Farid Ahmad (CKJ Yamaha

Syakirin Rostam proved he is not to be taken lightly this weekend as he
appeared fastest in the WIRA category. The 16-year old timed 42.424s in
his fourth lap to successfully hold off Tengku Amirul Haffiruddin (Motul
Yamaha YY Pang Racing) and Mohd Hafiz Nor Azman (MOS Malaysia Racing)
who registered second and third fastest with 42.508s and 42.546s
respectively. |
