News PROFILE: FIVE MINUTES WITH RAMDAN ROSLI 2 September 2011  After a month of fasting, the day to celebrate Hari Raya Aidil Fitri is finally here. A joyous occasion, most people would take this time to visit family and long-lost friends besides enjoying various foods like lemang, ketupat, rendang and so much more. We talk to future prospect, Mohd Ramdan Mohd Rosli on how he celebrates his Hari Raya.Cub Prix: Normally, most family would choose a single color scheme for their Hari Raya outfits. What's yours? Ramdan: This year my family will be donning light green and I think its an awesome colour! Cub Prix: Where will you be celebrating Hari Raya this year? Ramdan: Last year my family went back to my mom's hometown in Kelantan for Hari Raya. So this year, we'll be spending it at my dad's hometown in Meru, Klang. Cub Prix: Talk about Raya, it's hard to avoid the food topic. What's your favorite Raya dish? Ramdan: The usual, lemang, rendang and ketupat. But to be honest, I like everything served during Hari Raya. Cub Prix: Seeing that you are only 16 years old, you are still eligible for duit Raya. What's the largest amount you've got when you were a kid? Ramdan: When I was 12 years old I received Rm150. I was shocked at that time because that was a large sum of money for a kid to be handling. Cub Prix: What's your morning Raya routine like? Ramdan: The day starts with getting ready in our new outfits. Once that's done, the whole family would gather at the living room and my siblings would ask for forgiveness and (duit raya) from my parents. Then we have breakfast before heading to the mosque to perform our Aidilfitri prayers. Cub Prix: What do you do after performing your prayers? Ramdan: We would start visiting immediately! First on the list would be my grandparents place in Meru then followed by relatives. Once the immediate families are covered, I will visit my friends nearby. Cub Prix: Will you be visiting any of your Cub Prix friends this year? Ramdan: I have not planned out yet who to visit but I definitely will!
